These Terms and Conditions refer only to goods purchased through the Urban Saints Store and it is important that you have read them before completing any purchases. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Urban Saints is the operating name of The Crusaders' Union, a company limited by guarantee and registered in England and Wales, company number 07771037, charity number 1144923 and in Scotland, charity number SCO39313.
1) SALE AND PURCHASE
1.1 By submitting a completed order form on our website, www.urbansaints.org or Kong store site (urban-saints-store.kong365.com), you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract with us. This contract begins when we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We will then agree to supply the products listed on the order.
1.2 In the event that we are unable to complete your order (e.g. if Goods are not in stock or we have made an error in price/description), we will notify you by email and not charge you for the product.
1.3 Any advice or recommendations given by any representative of Urban Saints to the Buyer relating to products, which is not confirmed in writing by us, will not be binding.
1.4 Any variation to these Terms and Conditions will be acknowledged on the website or store site.
1.5 At present we only supply Goods within the UK and will not accept orders from or make deliveries to Buyers outside the UK.
In submitting an order the Buyer acknowledges that:
2.1 All information and specifications relating to the products produced by a publisher are approximate and all errors on the website may be corrected without any liability to Urban Saints. Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and the product may vary from those images.
2.2 Urban Saints may make any changes to the specification of the products to conform to any statutory or European requirements.
3) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
3.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract when the Goods are faulty and/or misdescribed (please see clause 7.2) and they then have the right to end contract or have item repaired or replaced as appropriate.
3.2 The Buyer has the right to change their mind about any Goods ordered (in accordance with the cooling off period stated in UK and European law) and the right to a full refund, provided the Buyer notify Urban Saints within fourteen days from the date the Goods were delivered (see clause 8). The Buyer must also return the Goods within fourteen days of notification and any refund may be subject to the deductions in clause 8 of these Terms and Conditions.
3.3 The Buyer has the right to end the contract because of something Urban Saints have said they would do and have not done e.g. there’s an error in the price or description, products going to be delayed due to events outside your control, you have suspended supply for unforeseeable reasons.
3.4 The Buyer has the right to end the contract for all other reasons where Urban Saints are not at fault and the Buyer has no right to change their mind – in line with the key statutory rights explained in clause 8.
3.5 If the order has already been dispatched by Urban Saints, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to return the Goods ordered. All returns should be sent to Urban Saints Store Returns, Kestin House, 45 Crescent Road, Luton, Beds, LU2 0AH. All Goods should be returned in new (resalable) condition - except where the Goods are being returned because they are faulty.
3.6 On receipt of returned Goods, or in cases where orders are not yet dispatched on receipt of cancellation, Urban Saints will credit the Buyer's payment card for the price of the products withdrawn. This will include any original delivery charge. In the event that the Buyer is returning a faulty product, Urban Saints will also refund the postage paid by the Buyer to return the goods in question. In the event of the Buyer returning Goods after a cooling off period, the Buyer is responsible for the payment of any postage.
3.7 Urban Saints will arrange to credit the Buyer's payment card with a refund within 30 days of receiving the returned Goods or within 30 days of receiving notification of withdrawal from contract.
3.8 Urban Saints reserve the right to withdraw and terminate the contract when the Buyer does not complete their part of the transaction e.g if the Buyer doesn't pay the required amount, or if within a reasonable time of asking for it, the Buyer doesn't provide the information needed to process the order, or if within a reasonable period of time the Buyer doesn't allow the order to be delivered.
4) PRICING POLICY
4.1 The price payable for the products ordered shall be the price quoted on the website on the date the order was placed, subject to any inadvertent pricing errors (whether technical or otherwise) by Urban Saints. A confirmed buying price will be sent to you via email when we have accepted your order.
4.2 If the price of the total products ordered in one transaction exceeds £24.99, the price offered will include delivery within the UK.
4.3 If the price of the total products ordered in one transaction is £24.99 or less, an additional delivery charge will be payable.
4.4 The price of the products (and postage) includes any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
4.5 In the event of an error in pricing on the website, Urban Saints reserve the right to end the contract with the Buyer.
5) PAYMENT CARDS
5.1 Credit and Debit cards accepted by the Urban Saints store are listed on the website.
5.2 All charges to Credit/Debit cards will be made at the point of order. Any fraudulent use of Credit/Debit cards will be notified to the authorities along with any identification details that were supplied with the order.
5.3 Any refund made to the Buyer's Credit or Debit card shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Issuing Bank and therefore be subject to any time delay as specified by the Issuing Bank. No liability shall be placed on Urban Saints for any delay that is outside of their control.
5.4 All accepted orders will be processed by The Urban Saints Store, Kestin House, 45 Cresent Road, Luton, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom. Urban Saints is the operating name of The Crusaders' Union, a company limited by guarantee and registered in England & Wales, company number 07771037, charity number 1144923, and in Scotland, charity number SCO39313. We will debit your payment card for these Goods and our name will appear on your statement against the purchase.
6.1 We will deliver any Goods purchased as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, within 30 days after you order or we will contact you with an estimated delivery date which will be within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order.
6.2 Urban Saints are not responsible for any delivery delays outside of their control although if there is a substantial delay (in excess of 30 days), the Buyer does have the right to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
6.3 If the Buyer is not at home when a delivery attempt is made, the Delivery Company will leave the Buyer a note to say how they can rearrange delivery or collect the Goods from the nearest depot. Any redelivery arrangements may be subject to a further charge.
6.4 If the Buyer fails to make arrangements for collection or redelivery, the Delivery Company may wish to charge the Buyer for storage of the Goods. If the Buyer fails to make arrangements within a reasonable time, the contract between Urban Saints and the Buyer will be terminated.
6.5 The Buyer is responsible for the Goods once they have been delivered to the address specified in the order.
6.6 The Buyer will own the Goods once full payment is received.
6.7 Urban Saints are not bound by any delivery deadlines, other than those stated in clauses 6.1 and 6.2, and as such will not accept any liability in the event of late delivery of Goods.
6.8 If the Buyer does not give the required information in the order, Urban Saints will contact them. If the Buyer doesn’t give Urban Saints the information in a reasonable time, Urban Saints reserve the right to end the contract or the Goods will be supplied late without any liability.

7.2 Summary of your legal rights. We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. See the following text for a summary of your key legal rights in relation to the product. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.

If your product is goods, for example a book or t-shirt, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product your legal rights entitle you to the following:
up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, then you can get an immediate refund.
up to six months: if your goods can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund, in most cases.
up to six years: if your goods do not last a reasonable length of time you may be entitled to some money back.

7.3 Your obligation to return rejected products. If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject products you must either return them in person to where you bought them, post them back to us at Urban Saints Store Returns, Kestin House, 45 Cresent Road, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU2 0AH (including a copy of the order confirmation) or (if the Goods are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you. We will pay the costs of postage or collection only in the event that the Goods being returned are faulty. Please call the Support Centre team on 01582 589850 to arrange collection, where necessary.

8) YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS – YOUR RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND
8.1You have a legal right to change your mind within fourteen days and receive a refund under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 unless the Goods which you have purchased are bespoke or made to measure. This is subject to our returns and refunds policy which can be found at www.urbansaints.org/storereturns
8.2 By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of any Goods within fourteen working days of the day after the date they are delivered to you. In the event where any Goods returned may have decreased in value (e.g. clothing that has been worn), the Buyer may only be entitled to a partial refund on the cost of the Goods. You are required to pay any costs of postage when returning Goods as a result of of changing your mind about the purchase.
8.3 To cancel your purchase under the legal cooling-off period, please put a note in with your product explaining the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". You are required to notify us of your intention to return any Goods in this way within fourteen working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. Then you are required to return the goods within fourteen working days of notifying us. Please package the relevant Goods securely and send them to us, with the original delivery slip you received, at the following address:

8.4 For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Urban Saints cannot be held liable for returned Goods that go missing.
8.5 Where we agree to refund postage, we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
9) WITHDRAWAL OF GOODS
9.1 Urban Saints may withdraw the sale or distribution of any Goods produced by or generally supplied by Urban Saints without prior notice, or liability, to the Buyer.
10) COURT JURISDICTION
10.1 The Contract and these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to UK law. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK Courts. These Terms and Conditions are also in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and the EU Distance Sales Directive of 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.
11.1 We use the English Language throughout this website, and all order processing. No other languages are available on this website.
12) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 Urban Saints are only liable for foreseeable loss and damage caused and cannot accept any liability for business loss, but are in no way excluding liability where it would be unlawful to do so i.e. .for death and personal injury caused by negligence by Urban Saints or any of their representatives.
13) OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
13.1 Urban Saints may transfer this agreement to someone else. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation.
13.2 The Buyer may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.
13.3 Nobody else has any rights under this contract (except someone you pass your guarantee on to). This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. Neither of us will need to get the agreement of any other person in order to end the contract or make any changes to these terms.
13.4 If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
13.5 Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you but we continue to provide the products, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.
